WEB DYNAMICS STRATEGIC PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement

By enrolling in the Web Dynamics Strategic Partner Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Web Dynamics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Partner Account

To participate, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each partner will be issued one unique referral link used to track referred businesses.

3. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

– Refer only legitimate businesses and business owners
– Use their unique referral link when introducing prospects
– Avoid misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing practices
– Not engage in spamming, unsolicited messaging, or prohibited advertising practices
– Follow all community and marketing guidelines outlined within the partner portal

4. Referral & Qualification Process

All referred businesses must schedule through the Partner Strategy Call booking page using the partner’s unique referral link.

Web Dynamics retains sole discretion to approve, decline, onboard, price, and manage any referred business.

No commissions are earned for scheduled calls, consultations, or proposals.
Commissions are only earned when a referred business becomes an approved, paying client.

5. Commission Structure

Partners earn 10% recurring commission for 12 months on approved clients they personally refer who become active paying clients.

Commissions are calculated based on collected revenue actually received by Web Dynamics, excluding refunds, credits, failed payments, or chargebacks.

Each partner’s unique referral link uses a 60-day attribution cookie.

If a referred business clicks a partner’s referral link and schedules, inquires, or becomes an approved paying client within 60 days of the initial click, that referral will be attributed to the originating partner.

After the 60-day attribution window expires, the referral will no longer be exclusively attributed to the partner unless the prospect re-enters through that partner’s referral link.

Web Dynamics reserves the right to validate attribution in cases of duplicate referrals, re-routing, or manual introductions to ensure fair and accurate commission assignment.

6. Commission Validation & Holding Period

To ensure client retention and payment stability:

– A referred client must remain active and fully paid for a minimum of 30 days before commissions are credited.
– Commissions are manually verified and added to partner accounts after this 30-day validation period.
– Clients who cancel, refund, fail payments, or charge back within the first 30 days do not qualify for commission.

7. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly.
Payments are issued after the 30-day validation period and once the minimum payout threshold of $50 has been reached.
Earnings below this threshold roll forward until the minimum is met.

If a chargeback, refund, or non-payment occurs after commissions have been paid, the corresponding commission amount will be deducted from future payouts.

8. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, all rights to use Web Dynamics branding, links, and materials must immediately cease.

9. Confidentiality

All non-public information shared with partners is confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside the scope of this Program.

10. Limitation of Liability

Web Dynamics shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

11. Disclaimers

The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Web Dynamics does not guarantee earnings, conversion rates, or business performance.

12. Independent Contractor

Participation in this Program does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

14. Tax & Compliance

U.S. partners must submit a W-9.
International partners must submit a W-8.
Failure to submit required tax documentation may delay or withhold payouts.

15. Acknowledgment

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
